How do I sign up for Paperless billing?

Login to My Account. On the Overview page, click on the link to Set Up Paperless Billing. Verify the email addresses that will receive the paperless billing notifications, accept the terms and conditions, and confirm your registration. If you are already enrolled in paperless billing, it will be noted on your account.

  • How do I pay my bill online

    Login to My Account. Not registered yet? Click here for instructions on registration. Navigate to the Overview page, or My Bill page and click on the ‘Pay Bill’ button. From here you may register for automatic payments (EZ Pay) or make a one-time payment using a credit card or checking account. This payment method will be stored securely for you to use for future payments. You will also have the option to securely store multiple payment methods as well as delete those methods at any time. Lastly, you may choose whether you want to pay your total statement balance, or pay another amount at that time.

  • How can I make a payment on my account?

    Online: Login to My Account. Click on the Pay Bill button on the overview page. Click on the Enroll button below the Enroll in EZ Pay option. Follow the prompts to add your method of payment and you’ll be all set. Or, select the option to make a one-time payment.

    By Mail: Remit payment to Suddenlink P.O. Box 660365 Dallas, TX 75266-0365.

    By Phone: Call a customer service representative or pay through our automated phone payment system by dialing 1-888-753-1542.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    You can use your business checking account, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.

  • What is EZ Pay?

    EZ Pay is an automatic and recurring payment program that allows you to pay your Suddenlink bill each month automatically using a bank account or credit card. The difference between EZ Pay and One-Time Payment is that EZ Pay is an automatic and recurring payment program while the One-Time Payment feature is used for one-time payments and is neither automated nor recurring. You must login to pay your bill each time you wish to pay via the One-Time Payment method.

  • What are the benefits of EZ Pay?

    EZ Pay simplifies the monthly payment process for all types of businesses allowing you to save time and money. EZ Pay is a convenient and secure way to manage your business account and receive e-mail notifications of payments. To sign up for EZ Pay right now simply login to My Account and click on the My Bill tab. Under the EZ Pay section, click on Setup/Update EZ Pay.

  • How do I change my method of payment for EZ Pay?

    Login to My Account and click on the My Bill tab. Under the EZ Pay section, click on Setup/Update EZ Pay. Here you can add a new method of payment for EZ Pay. Note: depending on the timing of the update, the changes will not take effect for the current month. They may be implemented for the next billing cycle. If you are concerned about the timing of your current payment method, please call us at 1-855-270-5527 or chat with an agent.

  • If I register for recurring payments, do the payments start right away?

    No. If you register for recurring payments you must still make a one-time payment for the current month. Your automatic payments through EZPay will start the following billing cycle.

  • When is the money for the payment drawn from my bank account?

    When making a one-time payment, the funds for the payment are debited from your account immediately. When making a recurring payment, the funds are debited on the scheduled payment date which is predetermined by your billing cycle. Keep in mind that you should always have funds available to cover the payment on that date.

  • What should I do if my payment isn't accepted?

    This could be due to a number of factors, such as an account number or bank routing number that was entered incorrectly, or a problem with a server at your bank. Double-check your account information and try again. If you still have problems, please call a customer service representative for assistance at 1.800.490.9604.

  • What if my payment is late?

    Customers who do not make a payment on or before the due date, may receive a late payment/delinquent notice. Customers who do not pay in a timely manner are subject to a late fee and/or interruption of service. Customers who are severely late may receive notice of possible disconnection. If an account is not paid in full service may be subject to disconnection. To have service reinstated the customer may have to pay a reactivation and reconnect charge. 

  • Can I cancel my one-time payment transaction?

    When you make an online payment, Suddenlink will attempt to process that payment as soon as possible. You may call your customer service representative at 1-855-270-5527 or chat to see whether the payment is still pending and if it is possible to cancel the transaction.

  • Can I make a payment greater than my regular monthly payment?

    Yes. Simply type in the amount of the payment you wish to send on the My Bill page under One-Time Payment. Click the Pay Now button and choose the payment method you wish to use to complete the payment.

  • How late in the day can a same day payment be credited, including what time zone?

    Payments can be credited to your account up until 11:59 p.m. Central Time on the day they are made.

  • How do I register for automatic payments?

    Login to My Account. Click on the ‘Pay Bill’ button on the overview page. Click on the Enroll button below the Enroll in EZ Pay option. Follow the prompts to add your method of payment and your automatic payments will begin on the next full billing cycle.

IRS Form W-9 This form is used to provide our legal entity name and taxpayer identification number to individuals or entities we do business with who are required to file an information return (such as a 1099) with the IRS. Download
Federal Excise Tax This form is a certificate of exemption from Federal Excise taxes on charges for communication services and applies to phone customers only. Download
Federal USF Exemption This form is used to certify exemption from Universal Service Fund when purchasing telecommunication or interconnected VoIP services for resale only Download
Annual Certification of Universal Service Fund This form is an annual traffic certification of telecommunication services with respect to Universal Service Fund. Federal USF fees are applied to all telecommunication services, including point to point circuits, with interstate usage of 10% or greater, regardless if the end points are within the same state boundaries. If your interstate usage is less than 10% and the end points of the circuit are within the same state boundary, then any applicable state universal service fund fees will apply. There is no exemption based on not for profit or government entities. Download
Multi-State Exemption Form
(AR, KS, KY, NC, NV, OH, OK, WV)
Form E-595E is a multi-state streamlined sales and use tax exemption form and should be completed by any customers claiming exemption from the states that accept this form. Any states not listed on the second page do not allow exemption with this form. A different exemption form will need to be obtained directly from those states. Download
AZ Exemption Form Form AZ-5000 is an Arizona transaction privilege tax exemption certificate. This form should be completed by any customers claiming exemption from transaction privilege taxes in Arizona. Download
MO Exemption Form Form 149 is a Missouri sales and use tax exemption certificate. This form should be completed by any customers claiming exemption from sales or use tax in Missouri. Download
TX Exemption Form Form 01-339 is a Texas resale or sales and use tax exemption form. This form should be completed by any customers claiming exemption from sales or use tax in Texas. Customers will also need to apply to the TX Comptroller for exemption and be searchable on the Texas Tax Exempt Entity search on the website. The link to the website is here Link

NM Exemption Form Register for Non-taxable transaction certificate (NTTC) with the state (Note: certificate Type 9 is for purchases of tangible personal property only). Link
MS Exemption Form Mississippi does not issue sales tax exemption certificates. Not all religious or charitable organizations are exempt. The Department of Revenue does provide an organization that is specifically exempt under Mississippi law with a letter (upon their request) to provide to vendors verifying the organization’s tax exempt status. Vendors making sales to exempt organizations should request a copy of that document and keep it on file. Link
